If you reside in the Frontenac historical district and plan to modify your property, please use the "Design Guide" link below and the "Goodhue County Zoning Regulations" within "Links" to display the regulations governing property alterations. Then, print a copy of the "Design Review Application," complete it along with the requested drawings, and bring it to the next scheduled HPC meeting (see "Calendar"). Once reviewed by the HPC, your request will go to the Florence township Board and, if approved, to Goodhue County for issuance for a building permit.
